Listed below are the activities that we will be embarking on. I urged every member to at least go for an activity. The activties are according to dates and it would be spread throughout the year. More activities would be coming up.... One more thing to add is that every member is required to take up a Heart Foundation Donation Booklet. So, pls sms me and tell me when you are free to meet me to take the booklets. Thanks...

~February~
9th - Jurong East Interchange, Pizza Treat,
Time:6.30pm
Venue: control station
People Involved: KahSeng, Cheryl, Jia Juan, Ruth, Winnie, Jenny, Shin Tyan, Horng Ling, Clinton, Yvonne, Wilson, Cathleen, Zheng Wei, Mung, Calvin and the current BOD.

14th - 16th First Aid Course
Time: 8am - 5.30pm
Venue: TBA
People Involved: Patsy(in-charge), Yi Ling, Yi Jin, Sui Pheng

17th - Loving Family Flag Day
Time: 9am - 12pm
Venue: Somerset
People Involved: Andrew(in-charge), JunJie, Sui Pheng, Nathan, Shin Guan, Lin Hui, Jin Hong, Cheryl

Submission of the Heart Foundation Donation Booklets would be 28th of February 2007.

10th - Carnival Preparation: Decoration of venue
Time: 5pm - 8pm

Ppl Involved: 10 ppl is needed

11th - Carnival Actual Day: Logistics
Time: 7am - 4.30pm

Ppl Involved: 10 ppl is needed

14th - SACS Flag Day
Time: TBA
Venue: TBA
Ppl Involved: 5 ppl is needed

30th - 1st of April Leo Star Camp
Venue: Johor Bahru Southern College
Details: It would be a 3 day 2 night camp organised by the malaysian Leo Club. It would be a great exposure for members to interact with other Leo Clubs not only in Singapore but also Malaysian Leo Clubs. The camp fee would be RM 130. Interested parties can contact me (Patsy) at 91394081 and I can give you the full details. Deadline for this camp would be 10th of Feb 2007.

~June~
1st - 5th Leo Forum and Overseas Project with Leo Club of Tanjung Penang
Venue: Penang
Details: 1st to 3rd of June will be the Leo Forum and for 4th and 5th of June, it will be an orphanage visit with Leo CLub of Tanjung Penang. We will bring over souviners like storybooks and board games and etc. Over there, we will teach the kids the various board games. Interested Parties pls call me at 913940841 and I can give you the full details. Deadline for this camp would be end of Mar. Leave of Absence will be given to participants.

~Extra Project~

Our club would be joining YMCA in some of their activities.

Y outing:
Members who are involved will be in the main committee planning activities for
APSN – CFA (Association for Persons with Special Needs - Centre for Adults).
Time: 9am – 1pm
Dates: 31 Mar, 28 Apr, 28 Jul, 29 Sept, 27 Oct, 17 Nov (6 Visits)
People Involved: Patsy (in-charge), Wilson and Yvonne. I got 3 more places. Members who are interested pls call me...

Y camp challenge:
Y Camp Challenge is a large scale bi annual camp that brings together intellectually challenged beneficiaries from all our partnering VWOs. During this 3D/2N camp, outdoor adventure, camp craft, telematches and a host of other enrichment activities are incorporated, to challenge the preconceived limits and boundaries of our special friends.
Dates: 28 Jun – 1 Jul & 13 Dec – 16 Dec (2 camps)
Ppl Involved: Places are open.. We want to get as many volunteers as possible.
